The opening or operation of duplicate accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms. u9login employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts; where detected, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be suspended and cumulative balances voided.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your u9login login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify u9login support immediately.
u9login recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. The availability of 2FA does not diminish your obligation to maintain credential security.
All transactions on u9login are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX interbank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the u9login account. u9login does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks prior to processing, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests and high-value amounts.
u9login targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution. u9login accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or third-party service providers.
Funds deposited into a u9login account must be used for gaming activity. Deposits made for the sole purpose of immediate withdrawal without gaming activity may be subject to review and the imposition of a payment processing fee at u9login's discretion.
u9login offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentive structures to eligible members. Where a void bet involves funds already debited from your account, those funds will be restored to your account balance.
The minimum and maximum stake limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. u9login may adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice. Live betting markets may be suspended without notice during ongoing events where required for integrity reasons.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the u9login platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
u9login reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, detection of duplicate accounts, or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held but not accessible until the investigation concludes. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and full balance access restored. If wrongdoing is confirmed, u9login may void the balance and permanently terminate the account.
You may close your u9login account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of standard verification checks.

All members are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods available within account settings. Your access to the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you and terminates automatically upon closure or termination of your account.

u9login's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your u9login account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. u9login does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures.
The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by u9login is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.
u9login collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and compliance with applicable regulations. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
u9login reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, u9login will provide notice via the platform or via registered email address at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which u9login operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority.
